1. HDMI video output: Please make sure the type-c port of the host (laptop/mobile phone/tablet PC) supports video output function, or there will not output any contents.
2. Due to bandwidth limitations, DP1.2 computers support up to 4K@30Hz. To get a 4K@60Hz video display, your computer needs support DisplayPort V1.4 (HBR3).
3. ONLY mobile phones and tablet PCs with PC mode support both extend and mirror modes.
4. ONLY compatible with M.2 NVMe PCle M Key/B&M Key, M.2 SATA B&M Key; Not compatible with M.2 SATA B Key SSDs, M.2 PCle AHCI SSDs. Not compatible with double-sided SSD cards.
5. To achieve a 10Gbps data transmission rate, the USB 3.2 interface on your PC should be USB 3.2gen2. Some PCs come with USB 3.2gen1 whose max speed is only 5Gbps.
6. If your M.2 SSD is for first use, you should format it before using. Only in this way can SSD be recognized by computers.
