1964 Triumph Bonneville. 1969 Triumph 650 TR120 BONNEVILLE. All components were checked for case hardening before being selected. All new bearings and bushings, Hepolite Pistons, Hastings rings, Black Diamond Valves and Nascar 45 valve guides. 1969 Triumph 650 TR120 BONNEVILLE BOBBER – – $5,000 STARTS FIRST KICK EVERYTIME! Less than 800 miles on engine. Front end: 1975 Trident, completely rebuilt. Caliper rebuilt w/stainless pucks, Ferado brake pads and lightened disc. New Brembo master cylinder. Stock front wheel with new sealed bearings and new tire. New roller bearing headset. Engine: Built by Terry Perna, the P in M.A.P. cycles in St. Pete. All components were checked for case hardening before being selected. Bore is .020 over stock. All new bearings and bushings, Hepolite Pistons, Hastings rings, Black Diamond Valves and Nascar 45 valve guides. New Morgo high volume oil pump. NewPazon electronic ignition. New 6 volt coils wired in series. New Lithium Ion battery (special separate charger included in sale). Main wiring harness is marine grade wire with all ends soldered and insulated. All fastenings are stress and shear rated stainless. New Barnett clutch plates and cable. New clutch basket.Stock size stainless rim and spokes on rear wheel. New sealed bearings in rear hub. Stock brake drum turned and supplied with new Ferado brake shoes. New rear tire. Ignition and lights are on different switches. The main frame is unhacked original. The rear frame is a LOW BROW CUSTOM FRAME. The complete frame was painted in satin black by Gregs Cycle. The 2 carbs are new Mikuni SBN 44’s. The fuel tank and fender are new repops painted in satin black primer. The engine in this machine was assembled and tested with the same standards used in the assembly of aircraft engines. The engine was broken in correctly—-50 mile heat load, retorque head, adjust valves, 4 times for about 200 miles. The machine weighs less than 350 lbs. I replaced the bobber seat with a ,Corbin saddle and back rest. This makes the ride Extremely comfortable and a delight for long distance!
