The engine spins over when you press the starter button, see video, but it has not started up or ran in some time, so it is being listed as a non-running project. It does roll and steer easily when pushed. There is a clean Florida title I was given for it. It does have areas of rust, pits, stains, scratches, blemishes, dings, dents, corrosion, dents on tank and bondo, road rash, wear and tear, etc., please look at all 86 photos below.
